Week 1 TDR

Full week done on total diet replacement. These are new products just released by Cambridge Weight Plan. I wanted see what they taste like so I can let my slimmers know. 

I had porridge, lemon bar and strawberry shake. I found it so much easier than step 1.   I was less hungry so less tempted to break the plan. I travel nearly two hours each way for work and then do an 11 hour shift so these products had to be good. 

Well it's weigh in day and I've lost 3.2lbs. I lost 3-4 lbs each week when I was at my biggest so I'm super happy for this. I need to lose another 9lbs before I can step up to step 2. 

This is definitely a good step for a good loss and to kick out of a plateau.
