Back on plan!

Sorry for the absence, problems at work causing me distractions. I've been on holiday for 2 weeks and now back on it.
I have a few things coming up. My mate is getting married in a month so I need to look and more importantly feel good. I also have the Cambridge weight plan convention in 77 days. Very exciting my first one. The whole team are dressing up. After that is my birthday and I'll be away and hopefully somewhere sunny and in a bikini. So here's the plan:
I have a goal weight in mind that I have chosen based on body fat percentage. I had mine calculated at a medical research unit in london. They use 'bodpod'. It's considered the good standard so I'm happy it's accurate. I'm aiming for 27% body fat which is bang in the middle of the normal range. I am going to see where I am at that point then review it. I might want loser or higher. We'll see.
I am on step 1b for another 12.6lbs. Then I'll be moving up. I want to do this to show my clients and anyone else who is interested how it's done. Weight loss is not easy but it is possible.
Today I had a bar and a coffee for breakfast
Second I had a smoothie.
I set a timer in my phone so that I'm eating every 3 hours. If I go too long it's so hard and there's no need. I just need to remember to eat. I haven't had much water so that's my next task.

Here's a pic the other night. Looking tan thankfully - post holiday. Long my it continue with fake tan
